Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the purchase date. Replacement items will be issued in the same style, color, and size as originally ordered.
If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
Shipping
Most orders are processed and delivered within 5–7 business days from the date the order has shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor its progress.
